Dreams don't come true... they are true.
The One-Line: Four high school students learn how to control their dreams but find that when they sleep someone is hunting them.
The Blurb: Ron has never been very good with girls. But when, Rachel, a strong-willed high school freshman, discovers that Ron has a hidden talent, she helps him learn how to enter other people’s dreams. It’s fun at first, but there are others who also have this ability and have discovered that if you die in your dreams, you die in real life. They plan to use this knowledge to execute the perfect murders, with Ron and Rachel at the top of their list.
Synopsis: Ron Dune is an average teenager, well, slightly below average. In fact, on his latest report card he received straight C minuses. On the day of the big history test, Ron’s Attention Deficit Disorder really kicks in. His thoughts wander so far that they find a small room inside his mind with a filing cabinet containing all the answers to the test! Ron becomes the first student to ever ace Mr. Power’s history test, which upsets the teacher to no end.
When Rachel, a strong-willed girl, learns of Ron’s test results, she leads him to a special teacher who helps Ron and others develop the art of memory through the skill of dream control.
Ron then learns that he has the ability to push the boundary of his consciousness into other people’s dreams. He joins one of his classmates in her nightmare where they destroy a malevolent clown who has terrorized her for years.
Meanwhile, Rachel’s sadistic ex-boyfriend, Brian, who also has the ability, has discovered that if you die in your dreams you die in real life. And when Ron stands up to him to protect Rachel, Brian begins stocking them in their dreams. This ignites an all out dream war. But when it ends in a stalemate, Ron realizes that this conflict will have to be settled in the real world where Ron’s skills are average. Well, slightly below average.
During the big Civil War test, which no one has ever passed with 100%, Ron Dune, a slightly below average, attention deficit plagued teenager, allows his mind to wander until something remarkable happens: The words on his test begin swirling into a strange vortex which quickly envelopes him. He follows the spinning tube until he finds a small room inside his own mind, which houses all the answers to the test. But accessing them also sets in motion a diabolical plot to murder him in his own dreams.
Ron has never been very good with girls. In fact, if a pretty girl ever talked to him he’d probably have to concentrate just to keep from wetting his pants. But when word spreads that Ron aced the big history test, Rachel, a strong-willed girl, also diagnosed with A.D.D., leads him to an unusual classroom where the teacher specializes in instructing kids with unique secret skills. In an attempt to develop their memory powers, they learn the art of dream control and then, quite by accident, Ron discovers how to enter other people’s dreams. It’s fun at first, but there are others who also have this ability and have discovered that if you die in your dreams, you die in real life. They plan to use this knowledge to execute the perfect murders, with Ron and Rachel at the top of their list.
